COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update

To our patients and friends,

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the CDC is recommending that routine eye care visits be postponed. With the pandemic spreading so far, so fast, we want to do our part to prevent and slow the spread of the virus. With this in mind, our office will be closed until the end of March at which time we will re-evaluate.

Although the physical office will be closed, we will be available to triage your calls, answer questions, and schedule emergency/urgent appointments (red eyes, sudden vision changes, injuries, and other urgent issues) from 9:00am – 3:00pm.

If you are a contact lens wearer, we are offering to extend CL prescriptions for up to 6 months for current patients. If you need contact lenses, call the office at 513-563-2304 to discuss or to place an order.

If you have glasses ordered or ready for pick up, we will contact you with information about shipping the glasses to you.

These are uncertain and trying times for all of us all. We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy.
